I have built a career over the last 30 years in a range of industries from equine sports to retail, sales and property management. The thread has always been learning, coaching and leading, be that my own team or supporting others.
My style has been described as someone who listens, connects and challenges in a way that builds relationships fast and gives people the confidence and opportunity to thrive. My strengths in empathy and compassion, combined with strategic thinking and creativity enable me to stand in my clients shoes and support them to navigate challenges, see the possibilities and shape their future.
Over the last 10 years I have focussed on helping people get results through tapping into what helps them be at their best. From understanding their strengths and what energises them to the external elements – being outdoors, meditation, healthy eating and switching off.
How I work
ExploreExploration is always my first port of call. Ever curious, I question, listen and learn to understand your challenge, desired outcomes and results. This approach has enabled me to work with leaders, teams and colleagues to get clear on and explore all possible opportunities.
ConnectMy strengths in empathy and compassion means I build trust easily, listening to understand and get to the heart of your challenge. I am open, honest and tell it how it is, which means we get to the right solution faster. Because of this approach, I have built long standing, trusted relationships with people at all levels across numerous industries.
ShareFrom years of coaching, leading, research and ongoing personal growth I have a substantial toolbox to share with everything from creative thinking and resilience to agile methodology and change leadership. If I haven’t got the answer, I will connect you with someone in my network who has!
Another core strength, creativity enables me to look at new and different solutions. Everything I offer will be tailored to you and your business. This may mean doing something that hasn’t been done before, exciting, right?!
