About me
I have built a career over the last 30 years in a range of industries from equine sports to retail, sales and property management. The thread has always been learning, coaching and leading, be that my own team or supporting others.
My style has been described as someone who listens, connects and challenges in a way that builds relationships fast and gives people the confidence and opportunity to thrive. My strengths in empathy and compassion, combined with strategic thinking and creativity enable me to stand in my clients shoes and support them to navigate challenges, see the possibilities and shape their future.
Over the last 10 years I have focussed on helping people get results through tapping into what helps them be at their best. From understanding their strengths and what energises them to the external elements – being outdoors, meditation, healthy eating and switching off.
